We deliver within India. Shipment by seutes are typically are from seutes facility and the amount of all transportation charges will be paid to seutes by customer in addition to the purchase price of the  products.

shipment subject to seutes right to stop carrier will constitute of delivery to customer and title and risk of loss will pass to customer.

seutes will make reasonable efforts to imitate shipment and schedule delivery as close as possible to customer requested delivery date(S).

customer acknowledge that delivery dates provided by seutes are estimates only and that seutes will not be liable for any failure of deliver on such dates.

Selection of the carrier and delivery routed will be made by seutes unless specially designated by customer .

seutes reserves the right to make delivery in multiple shipments if the order cannot be delivered immediately because we ourselves were not supplied on time through no fault of our own the remaining goods will be delivered in one or more than one installment will not entitle customer to cancel any other installment(s).

Delivery of quantity that varies from the quantity specified shall not relieve customer of the obligations to accept delivery and pay for the products delivered.
