Refund / Return Policy

1. ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Damage On Goods On The Arrival At The Purchaser’s Premises Shall Be Reported Immediately To The Carrier And Also Seutes Customer Care In Written Mail Along With Picture And Details.

Irrespective Of The Conditions Of The Packaging Seutes Liability Shall Be Limited To The Defects That Are Reported In Writing, Along With The Reason For Rejection, To The Seller Within:
Seven (7) Days For Goods That Do Not Correspond With The Accompanying Documentation.
Seven (7) Days For Damaged Goods And Fourteen (14) Days For Undamaged Goods That Fail To Meet Manufacturer’s Specification.
2. REPORTING DEFECTIVE GOODs
When Reporting Defective Goods, The Purchaser Need To Send Written Email Along With Technical Parameters Challenges And Differences With Manufacturer Details Specification And Photograph , Based On That Seutes Buyer Team Will Communicate With Manufacturer And Will Request Customer For Test Report (Incase Manufacturer Request ) , The Purchaser Shall Request A Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number Which Will Issued In Writing By Seutes Customer Care. The Purchaser Shall Return The Defective Goods Freight Prepaid To The Seller Within Three (3) Working Days After Receipt Of The Written RMA Number . The RMA Number Shall Be Displayed On The Outside Of The Packaging .Seutes Reserve The Right To Refuse To Accept Any Rejected Goods Where The RMA Number Is Not Displayed . If The Seller Finds A Return To Be Unwarranted, The Seller Is Entitled To Charge A Fee Of Fourty (40) Percent Of The Price Of The Returned Goods.

SEUTES'S LIMITED WARRANTY

Seutes agrees to transfer to Customer whatever transferable warranties Seutes receives from the manufacturer&/suppliers of Products sold to Customer. Seutes makes no other warranty, express or implied, with respect to the Products. IN PARTICULAR, SEUTES MAKES NO WARRANTY RESPECTING THE MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS OR THEIR SUITABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE, OR RESPECTING INFRINGEMENT. Seutes’s liability arising out of any sale of products to Customer is expressly limited to either (1) Refund of the purchase price paid by Customer for such Products (without interest), or (2) Repair and/or replacement of such Products, atSeutes’s election, with such remedies exclusive, and excluding all others. Customer must notify Seutes within 15 days from date of shipment of any defective product. This warranty excludes any and all other warranties, whether oral, written, expressed, implied or statutory. Implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability are specifically excluded and shall not apply. Customer’s obligations and Seutes’s remedies with respect to defective or nonconforming products, are solely and exclusively as stated herein. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered, or altered in any way.

Liability For Damages

Our Logistic Works Hard To Ensure That Delivery Times Are Met, But Cannot Be Held Financially Liable For Late Deliveries Due To Delays From The Manufacturer, Distributor Or Similar Supplier.

The Seller Is Under No Circumstances Liable For The Purchaser’s Indirect Damages.

Prices

All Prices Are Quoted Exclusive Of Taxes. The Seller Reserves The Right To Change Quoted Prices Without Prior Notice, Due To Changes To The Manufacturer’s Prices Or Other Factors Outside The Seller’s Control.

Intellectual Property Rights

All Software Or Other Intellectual Property Provided By The Seller Shall Remain The Seller’s Property And May Only Be Used By The Purchaser In The Manner And For The Purpose Expressly Permitted By Written Agreement.

Refund Policy:

If you have received a mail from us confirming your cancellation/return request successful along with Credit Note Copy, then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with our payment partners for the same. Sometimes it takes a longer amount time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn’t happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.
